About ‘Whole Foods For Wellness’ with Doctor MJ Atkins & Chef Laura Moore
Hungry for gluten-free food nutrition and know-how? Join ‘Good For You Gourmet’ whole foods personal chef and caterer Chef Laura Moore, and Naturopathic Physician, Doctor M.J. Atkins from Synergy Health Center each month for one of their hypoallergenic whole foods and Superfoods cooking and nutrition classes. Starting in Fall of 2014 and hosted at The Hudson Market Community Kitchen in downtown Victoria.
During each class, students will watch a presentation to gain the benefit of Doctor Atkins insights on the latest scientific research supporting health benefits of whole foods and super foods ingredients, while they also learn techniques for creating complete vegan, gluten-free whole foods and super foods meals, with recipe and instruction and pointers from Chef Laura.
