This gentle yoga practice is specifically designed to encourage gentle movements oa the joints. This small class setting is suitale for everyone. Chairs are available, if needed. No yoga experience is required.
Benefits of practicing this gentle yoga includes:

- (3) to strengthen major muscles;
- (4) gentle movement of joints may help ease up joint stiffness;
