We will be staying at the Vancouver Island Mountain Center on beautiful Mount Washington, BC. Price $385 inclusive (early bird February 1, for $350). This covers your accommodation, all meals, activities and classes. The activities of snowshoeing and dancing offer a tangible physical experience of the sacred nature of our bodies and the earth, and they also provide a rich set of metaphors for seeing life�s ups and downs as part of a sacred rhythm.

Friday March 16th:
3:00pm-4:00pm Arrive & check in at the new VI Mountain Centre up Mount Washington
4:30pm Check in at the Raven Lodge (right across from where we are staying at the VI Mountain Centre)
5:00pm Snowshoe tour and fondue! Enjoy an hour of snowshoeing through stands of majestic old growth forest in Strathcona Provincial Park, then return to Raven Lodge to enjoy a three-course fondue dinner. Your dinner will include a Swiss cheese fondue, followed by a meat and seafood fondue, finishing with fresh fruit and chocolate fondue for dessert.
8:00ish-9:00 A gentle hour of dancing, where we allow our bodies to digest and arrive.
Saturday March 17th:
8:30am-9:30am Unguided opportunity to dance, meditate, stretch. There will be music playing and an open floor.
9:30am-10:30am Hearty and delicious breakfast
11:00am-1:00pm 5Rhythms class
1:00-3:00pm Stillness leading into time to explore the mountain
3:00pm-4:00pm Snacks and time to share
4:00-6:00 Free time
6:00pm-7:30pm Dinner
8:00pm-9:00pm Gentle evening 5Rhythms Class
Sunday February 26th
8:00am -8:30am Unguided opportunity to dance, meditate, stretch. There will be music playing and an open floor.
8:30am-9:30am Hearty and delicious breakfast
9:30am-11:00am 5Rhythms Class
11:00am-11:30am Check out time. After this you are welcome to enjoy the mountain.
