This covers your accommodation, all meals, activities and classes. The activities of snowshoeing and dancing offer a tangible physical experience of the sacred nature of our bodies and the earth, and they also provide a rich set of metaphors for seeing life’s ups and downs as part of a sacred rhythm.=0D=0A=

3:00pm-4:00pm Arrive & check in at the new VI Mountain Centre up Mount Washington =0D=0A=
4:30pm Check in at the Raven Lodge (right across from where we are staying at the VI Mountain Centre) =0D=0A=
5:00pm Snowshoe tour and fondue! Enjoy an hour of snowshoeing through stands of majestic old growth forest in Strathcona Provincial Park, then return to Raven Lodge to enjoy a three-course fondue dinner. Your dinner will include a Swiss cheese fondue, followed by a meat and seafood fondue, finishing with fresh fruit and chocolate fondue for dessert. =0D=0A=
8:00ish-9:00 A gentle hour of dancing, where we allow our bodies to digest and arrive. =0D=0A=
Saturday March 17th: =0D=0A=
8:30am-9:30am Unguided opportunity to dance, meditate, stretch. There will be music playing and an open floor. =0D=0A=
9:30am-10:30am Hearty and delicious breakfast =0D=0A=
11:00am-1:00pm 5Rhythms class =0D=0A=
1:00-3:00pm Stillness leading into time to explore the mountain =0D=0A=
3:00pm-4:00pm Snacks and time to share =0D=0A=
4:00-6:00 Free time =0D=0A=
