The 4th annual Sidney Health Fair returns to the Mary Winspear Centre May 29 and 30, 2010. Keynotes are Sam Graci, Greens+ founder, Lorna Vanderhaeghe, women�s health expert, fitness guru Brad King, Clive Langton, Director of the Raw Food Society of BC, Dr. Kate Rh�aume-Bleue, naturopathic doctor and Tamara Strijack, a clinical counsellor. Plus over 100 booths showcasing healthy living, a farmers market, a youth area and demonstrations including raw food preparation and story yoga for kids. Tickets at the door are $7 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and children 12 and under are free. For information visit www.sidneyhealthfair.com.
