Come ride on the E&N Trail in Nanaimo to raise awareness of mental health to support the programs of CMHA. Ride for yourself, for a family member or a friend. Ride to support mental health services in our community, for the well-being and mental health of everyone.
The ride is 15km long and begins at 10:00 am with rider registration starting at 9:15am. After the ride back at Maffeo Sutton Park there will be demontrations by the Nanaimo Taoist Tai Chi Club, Red Door Yoga, entertainment by Marty Steele, face painting for the whole family, prizes and information about mental health.
