The ride is 15km long and begins at 10:00 am with rider registration starting at 9:15am. After the ride back at Maffeo Sutton Park there will be demontrations by the Nanaimo Taoist Tai Chi Club, Red Door Yoga, entertainment by Marty Steele, face painting for the whole family, prizes and information about mental health.=0D=0A=
