with Guest Chef Hilary Malone Lucky’s Liquor Kitchen (upstairs), Country Club Centre, Nanaimo STIR Cooking School is pleased to host Hilary Malone cooking from her family’s delicious cookbook, Sea Salt, Recipes from the West Coast Galley. Hilary and her family spent many a day aboard their classic sailboat exploring the west coast and cooking along the way.
The bountiful BC coast combined with the size limitations of a galley kitchen fostered innovative, memorable meals featuring local ingredients foraged daily from the sea and the land. Join us as we set sail with Hilary and enjoy selections from her cookbook.
