In this workshop Cathy Skelcher will break down the alignment principles and modifications of the four primary poses of vinyasa flow yoga: high plank, chatturanga, upward facing dog and downward facing dog.


Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking for tips to transition through handstand, this workshop is open to all levels! Leave with a smile and achey triceps!
