In the Yoga Fitness Leader Part 1 course, we were introduced to over 50 Yoga asanas, and discussed the idea that they could be used in differing combinations, and with differing emphases to create a variety of Yoga styles. Within this course, we will explore using Yoga asanas with conscious sequencing and emphasis to create smooth, effective, and enjoyable Classical Hatha Yoga classes.
The RDYT200 Classical Hatha Yoga course is part of the RDYT200 Teacher Training Certification program and is approved by the BCRPA and the Yoga Alliance for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
