<p>In the Yoga Fitness Leader Part 1 course, we were introduced to over 50 Yoga asanas, and discussed the idea that they could be used in differing combinations, and with differing emphases to create a variety of Yoga styles. Within this course, we will explore using Yoga asanas with conscious sequencing and emphasis to create smooth, effective, and enjoyable Classical Hatha Yoga classes.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The RDYT200 Classical Hatha Yoga course is part of the RDYT200 Teacher Training Certification program and is approved by the BCRPA and the Yoga Alliance for 16 Continuing Education Credits.</p>=0D=0A=
