Make your own Lacto-Fermented Sauerkraut. In this hands-on workshop, we will introduce you to the many benefits of sauerkraut and will help you make your own liter jar of sauerkraut to take home.

Lacto-fermented foods have been prepared and eaten for millennia by cultures around the world. Some examples are sauerkraut, kimchi and yoghurt. They are vital to our health, contain many beneficial properties and are easily absorbed by the body. Lacto-fermentation is an easy way to preserve foods, enhance the flavor, improve digestion and provide numerous health benefits.

Pre-registration for this workshop is required as space is limited to 8 participants.
