Learn how to make cheese! Dips, Spreads and Holiday appetizers with Fromage Blanc

Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching the lost art of cheese making for over 5 years.  In this 2 hour workshop we will be learning various appetizers using a pre made Fromage Blanc curd.  You will be infusing the curd with herbs, spices and botanicals along with chocolate, cinnamon and other yummy ingredients to create 2 appetizers.  Fromage Blanc is a wonderfully adaptable cheese perfect in many culinary applications.  This is one cheese to keep on hand!
