Bed-time yoga is designed to help you let go of the stress and tension from the days' activities and prepare for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating sleep.
The class is very relaxing as we move gently and mindfully through the postures preparing the body for a wonderful nights sleep. If you have trouble falling asleep or often have a restless night's sleep come and try this specially designed bed-time yoga.
*No previous yoga experience is required. All ability levels are welcome.
