Join the Island Chef Collaborative for a ‘pre-prohibition style’ formal evening with live entertainment canapés and cocktails, all to help raise funds for the Island Chefs Collaborative (ICC) micro-loan fund that supports increasing local food production and for the ICC to continue teaching students about urban agriculture, planting vegetables & herbs, and trying fresh home grown foods through the GrowingChefs! Program.
This one of a kind Christmas party will be held at the Da Vinci Centre on Sunday, December 7 from 8pm-11pm. ICC Chefs will create canapés of local food to pair with pre-prohibition style cocktails from some of Victoria’s best Mixologists.
