<p>This one of a kind Christmas party will be held at the Da Vinci Centre on <strong>Sunday, December 7 from 8pm-11pm. </strong>ICC Chefs will create canap&eacute;s of local food to pair with pre-prohibition style cocktails from some of Victoria&rsquo;s best Mixologists.</p>=0D=0A=
