Hard pressed Cheese/Paneer Course

This course extends basic cheese making and explores making a hard, pressed cheese as well as a fresh Indian Paneer. For our hard-pressed cheese, we will be making Asiago. Students will take home ingredients and instructions to make their own at home.
Bring a lunch and some wine if you like!
Complimentary pick up and drop off from Gabriola ferry is available for those coming from Vancouver Island or the Mainland. 72 hour advanced registration is necessary to prepare, please phone or email to register. Deposit is required upon registration.
