Celiac disease and gluten-free diets are becoming more common and it can be overwhelming to imagine a life without pasta, bread and other products.
"We will be walking through a gluten-free lifestyle suitable for all levels of students. The focus will be on how easy it is to implement and demos of tasty dishes. Questions are encouraged in a small group setting.�
Dr. Gemmell� s background includes formal chef training, years of nutritional education, local food advocacy, gluten free consulting, cooking instruction, a medical degree and a passionate interest in gastronomy (the art of food eating).
Please bring to class a clipboard, pen and warm slippers
