From gluten free Vendors and Red Seal Chefs with delicious GF samples, to Registered Dieticians ready to answer your allergy questions, this two day family event will certainly show you that gluten free CAN be DELICIOUS!
Safe for Celiacs, the Gala is fun for all, with speakers, chefs, demos, prizes and Spinnakers on-site liquor store where (19+years) attendees can pick up their favourite gluten free beer and cider to take home.
Bring a non-perishable GF/AF food item or cash donation for the Mustard Seed Food Bank and be entered into one of our draws!
