Food Preservation class at the Parksville Museum Urban Farm School

This is one of our classes in a series of gardening workshops held at the Parksville Museum's Urban Farm School.
The class is called "Options for Food Preservation" and we will discuss how to dry, freeze, make jams, and both pressure can and boiling water bath. This class is a prerequisite for a hands-on class, date to be announced.
If this is your first class, the cost of the session will be $25.00 plus a $10.00 one-time fee for the cost of a yearly membership to the Parksville Museum, for a total of $35.00. All classes afterwards will be $25.00.
