<p>The class is called<strong> "Options for Food Preservation"</strong> and we will discuss how to dry, freeze, make jams, and both pressure can and boiling water bath. This class is a prerequisite for a hands-on class, date to be announced.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>If this is your first class, the cost of the session will be $25.00 plus a $10.00 one-time fee for the cost of a yearly membership to the Parksville Museum, for a total of $35.00. All classes afterwards will be $25.00.</p>
