Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of fermentation. *sample various fermented foods *learn the health benefits of consuming fermented foods and drinks *learn how to use cultured foods in your own kitchen Some of the fermented foods that will be featured: Kombucha, Kimchi, Preserved Lemons, Cultured Vegetables, Sauerkraut October is Fermentation month at STIR – all classes will feature various forms of fermented foods and drinks.


Also this month: cheese-making, kombucha and kimchi workships as well as a Japansese dinner.
