Our dinners are unique, we pick a theme and create a multi-course tasting menu based on local products and global cooking styles. Each one is different and changes from season to season, year to year. We introduce you to your food and provide background into the sourcing and preparation of each dish served during the dinner. Our clients come from near and far to experience our truly local style of cooking. We always weave a lot of foraged wild food into the mix – it makes for an ultimate local dining experience.

Spanish Shellfish Dinner – Saturday March 18th

Clam croquette with bolete jam
Grilled marinated octopus and geoduck with olives and peppers

Caramel flan with oregon grape poached orange

Spring Wild Food Dinner – Saturday April 15th

Grilled Humbolt squid with ox-eye daisy and chili oil
Rillete of seared alabacore tuna and oyster mushrooms with rosehip jelly

Spring soup of white fava beans, morels and wild herbs
Crispy stinging nettle pancake with smoked salmon tartar and water buffalo yoghurt
Japanese braised duck with gobo, wild greens and sake kasu served over grand fir rice
Wild blueberry and caramel custard parfait, big leaf maple cream, sumac sponge toffee

Peru Dinner Saturday May 13th

Halibut Ceviche with wild herbs
Papa a la Huancaina – cold yellow potatoes with cheese sauce, roasted peanut
