Join us for an experiencial taster of Yoga Therapy (for pain, asthma, anxiety and more), Essential Oils ( to replace the pharmaceuticals in your medicine cabinet) and mini Thai Massage sessions, that release toxins and balance the body mentally, physically and emotionally.

Flow of the morning:

We will begin with a surprise, then flow into a short and gentle Yoga Therapy class (suitable for all abilities), infusing essential oils into the practice, invigorating/calming the senses. This will be a yoga class like no other you've experienced!

We then move into a chat about the oils used and their health benefits. Did you know that Aromatherapy is used in the UK's medical system, integrated right into their hospitals?

Then, last but not least, a mini Thai Massage, so you can experience for yourself the amazing therapeutic effects of this proven ancient art. You remain fully clothed during a Thai Massage session.
