We will begin with a surprise, then flow into a short and gentle Yoga Therapy class (suitable for all abilities), infusing essential oils into the practice, invigorating/calming the senses. This will be a yoga class like no other you've experienced!=0D=0A=

We then move into a chat about the oils used and their health benefits.  Did you know that Aromatherapy is used in the UK's medical system, integrated right into their hospitals?=0D=0A=

Then, last but not least, a mini Thai Massage, so you can experience for yourself the amazing therapeutic effects of this proven ancient art. You remain fully clothed during a Thai Massage session.=0D=0A=
