Edible Wild Mushrooms Workshop

Learn to identify a dozen edible mushrooms; chanterelle, hedgehog, oyster, shaggy mane, morel, cauliflower, lobster and more! Gather around a fire for a "show and tell" of easy-to-identify edible mushrooms and their look-a-likes, then stroll about the forest to look for specimens in their habitat.

This is not a mushroom foray where we collect mushrooms to take home, but rather an opportunity to learn the skills to forage with confidence for your own wild edibles. This half day workshop is offered in Errington, (15 minutes from Parksville, near the Englishman River Falls) on Vancouver Island.

Registration is limited to 15 participants, and there are only four spaces left.  Advance registration is required.
