Eating to Nourish Mind, Body and Yoga Practice

Through discussion, guided meditation, journalling and reflection, we will explore how our yoga and meditation practice can support our eating and how our eating can support our yoga and meditation practice. Minimum 8 people.
Facilitated by Victoria Pawlowski and Carolena Ranger Victoria is a RD., M.Ed., R.C.C.,and Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. She offers counselling and workshops to help people struggling with mental and physical health issues including stress, burnout, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue and relationship conflict.
Victoria's work is grounded in a mindfulness based, compassion focused approach that is supported by extensive research and over 30 years of professional experience. She provides progressive, integrative and holistic guidance to help you move through your challenges and transitions into a space of health and happiness. Victoria welcomes your questions and invites you to contact her to talk about how she can support you, your family or organization to move through challenges towards more health and well-being.
Carolena is a MA. RD., Trained Teacher of Mindfulness based Stress Reduction & Mindful Self-Compassion. Carolena worked as the Nutritionist with REACH Community Health Centre for over 25 years where she counselled thousands of clients, taught Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs, facilitated Vancouver Food Policy Council and cofounded East Vancouver Farmer's Market. Carolena currently works as Nutrition Consultant for Tsowtunlelum Nation on Nanoose Territory and teaches Mindfulness & Self-Compassion at The Centre for Compassion Inspired Health.
