This is an intense, one day course on learning how to make fermented products. Do it yourself (DIY) Fermented Soda's and Kombucha.


Learn how to make fermented Wine Vinegars; Fruit syrups, sauerkraut and fermented vegetables. You will also learn how to preserve your products using safe methods with acidic canning, and in the afternoon move forward to trying your hand at Kombucha, a ginger bug, and learning about a scoby culture, how to take care of it, and make batches of your favorite beverages and fermented Sodas.


Don't know much about fermented foods?  This is a really great introduction point.  You will wonder why you had not tried them before.
