Cook Culture: 3-Part Cooking Bootcamp

Are you feeling a little rusty in the kitchen? Get your culinary skills into shape through lessons on planning, preparation, and flavour pairing. Join Chef Anna Hunt for 9 hours of class over the course of 3 evenings. Learn basic knife skills, meat, fish and poultry preparation following professional tips and techniques in braising and roasting. Learn to develop flavour and tenderness, along with sauces to match. There will be plenty of food to eat later in the evening; however, it is recommended that you have a small snack before class.
- February 22nd: Knife skills/Food Safety/Stocks and Sauces/Basic Pastry
- February 29th: Meats/Eggs/Vinagrettes
- March 7th: Fish and Shellfish/Curing/Flavour Pairings
