DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Are you feeling a little rusty in the kitchen? Get your culinary skills into shape through lessons on planning, preparation, and flavour pairing. Join Chef Anna Hunt for 9 hours of class over the course of 3 evenings. Learn basic knife skills, meat, fish and poultry preparation following professional tips and techniques in braising and roasting.&nbsp; Learn to develop flavour and tenderness, along with sauces to match. There will be plenty of food to eat later in the evening; however, it is recommended that you have a small snack before class.<br /><br />- February 22nd: Knife skills/Food Safety/Stocks and Sauces/Basic Pastry<br />- February 29th: Meats/Eggs/Vinagrettes<br />- March 7th: Fish and Shellfish/Curing/Flavour Pairings<br /><br />You must register for all 3 classes.
