In the busy modern family, each member needs to work as a team to help each other eat healthy. 'Fun with Food' finds the enjoyment in a fairly heavy topic. It is possible to tackle the kitchen routine while having fun! Hayley discusses the significance of making the time to eat together, of making healthy decisions when stocking the fridge and cupboards, and most importantly how to involve the whole family in order to achieve these meaningful choices. You will take away helpful resources for meal planning, preparation,and presentation some inspiring ideas on ways to get your kids interacting with you to execute wholesome eating as a family.
With a long history in the hospitality industry, Hayley Rosenberg�s passion for the art of serving intertwined with helping others eat healthy when she continued her education in holistic nutrition. Today, Hayley owns Nourish Cafe & Bistro, a local business that offers nutrient rich comfort food both at the restaurant and in the homes of our community.
