Learn to make your own delicious Brie in your own home kitchen! This course explores more advance cheese making and the world of bloom-y cheeses including Camembert, Brie, Cambazola.
Instructions and ingredients are included as well as one Brie culture to make your own Brie at home.
Complimentary pick up and drop off at the Gabriola ferry is provided for those traveling from the Mainland or Vancouver Island.
72 hour advanced registration is necessary to prepare, please phone or email to register. Deposit is required upon registration.
