Chefs demonstrate their skill and passion for meat through a wide variety of delicious and inspired creations. Local and regional farms provide the highest quality ethically raised proteins to be featured through various cooking methods. A stellar line up of chefs representing restaurants from Victoria and Vancouver Island will prepare unique dishes using both classic and modern technique. Whole roasts, charcuterie, smoked meats, ethnic-inspired dishes, classic BBQ, and other full-flavored exotic foods will be showcased at Brewery & The Beast.

9+ event - no minors permitted, tickets are limited, no tickets will be for sale at the door.
Brewery & The Beast is a 100% smoke free environment and event. NO SMOKING PERMITTED and NO E-CIGARETTES.
This is an outdoor event - please dress accordingly.
In/Out privileges will not be granted as per LCLB regulations.
