Local and regional farms provide the highest quality ethically raised proteins to be featured through various cooking methods. A stellar line up of chefs representing restaurants from Victoria and Vancouver Island will prepare unique dishes using both classic and modern technique. Whole roasts, charcuterie, smoked meats, ethnic-inspired dishes, classic BBQ, and other full-flavored exotic foods will be showcased at Brewery &amp; The Beast.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>9+ event - no minors permitted, tickets are limited, no tickets will be for sale at the door.<br />Brewery &amp; The Beast is a 100% smoke free environment and event.
