Come on Come all to Bikram Yoga Saanich's Second Annual Hottest Day of Summer!
We will be holding a fresh food drive and fundraiser to benefit the Mustard Seed Food bank.
The 7:30am, 9:30am, 3:45pm, 5:45pm classes can all be taken by donation. Think fresh, local, organic and delicious food.
Along with our classes we will also be having:
A Vegetarian BBQ from 11:00am until 3:00pm. Veggie dogs, veggie burgers, corn on the cob, popsicles and more!
From 11:30-12:15 there will be a free kids yoga class
From 12:30-1:00 there will be a yoga demonstration
From 1:30-3:00 there will be a free Synergy class (aerial yoga and partner stretching).
Come with your donation, meet some new people, do some yoga, have some fun, and you can enter to win a YEAR OF FREE YOGA!
