We will be holding a fresh food drive and fundraiser to benefit the Mustard Seed Food bank. =0D=0A=

The 7:30am, 9:30am, 3:45pm, 5:45pm classes can all be taken by donation. Think fresh, local, organic and delicious food. =0D=0A=

Along with our classes we will also be having:=0D=0A=

A Vegetarian BBQ from 11:00am until 3:00pm. Veggie dogs, veggie burgers, corn on the cob, popsicles and more!=0D=0A=

From 11:30-12:15 there will be a free kids yoga class=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
From 12:30-1:00 there will be a yoga demonstration=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
From 1:30-3:00 there will be a free Synergy class (aerial yoga and partner stretching). =0D=0A=
