Isn’t that a nice simple way to go through life?  Spend a weekend with Jackie Ellis, owner of Beaucoup Bakery and Cafe, and learn how to make some special baked goods and leave the world a happier place.  The recipes over the weekend will be tasty recipes that focus on seasonality, where fruit can be switched up depending on what is in season.


Here is a sample of what will be covered during the weekend.


Seasonal fruit tart with fromage frais
Pannacotta with poached fruit
Orange Clairefontaine Tart – savoury tart appetizer
Cooking fruit (Poaching, roasting, fresh ect.)


Weekend Schedule
Friday: Evening reception and an introduction to baking.
Saturday: A full morning preparing desserts together. Lunch is served followed by a break.  The afternoon session will be learning more skills and assembling desserts. Everyone will enjoy dinner together.
Sunday: Breakfast and a review of the pastries covered.
