Ayurveda Basics: This workshop provides the foundation principles of Ayurveda and an introduction to the three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Learn how to identify the main qualities of each dosha in your body, mind and lifestyle surroundings and how to begin the Ayurveda path of balance.


Ayurveda Nutrition: Discover the six tastes and qualities of your food that help to bring balance into your digestion and your state of mind. Learn how to create a balanced diet and eating habits with Ayurveda guidelines for your unique constitution. Sandra Wohlers is a yoga practitioner and a foodie that loves to find a way to get Ayurveda all up into everything and anyone who asks about it. Ayurveda provided a refreshing approach to her existing yoga practice and perspective towards life in general.


Sandra is always looking for creative ways to inspire each unique individual to live, practice, shop, cook and eat with loving intentions that balance the mind, body and soul. She has cultivated the seed of passion for Ayurveda with love, truth and forgiveness and it continues to grow deeper with sharing and teaching the practical applications of Ayurveda to asana, food and lifestyle.
