This is not an exercise class!
The brain learns through paying Attention to small movements .
New learning takes place spontaneously once your awareness of habitual tension and new movement patterns become obvious to you.
The Feldenkrais Method:
-improves posture, flexibility and coordination .
-enhances emotional and physical well being.
-helps overcome and avoid injuries
-reduces stress,
-refines skill for musicians, athletes and dancers
It is taught in two ways:
Awareness Through Movement group lesson
Individual Functional Integration Lesson.
