In this 8 week program we will: * practice mindfulness based tools for managing anxiety as it arises * examine the causes and impact of anxiety in our lives and relationships * explore the meaning that anxiety might hold for you Sessions will combine lecture, group discussion, exercises and real-time coaching.
About the presenter: Justice Schanfarber is a mindfulness based counsellor and Certified Hakomi Therapist helping individuals and couples in Campbell River and around the world.
