During this intimate 1-day retreat we will discover and deepen our understanding of the ancient wisdom teachings of the Andes and the Cosmo-Vision that weaves together the intricate balance of the mind (serpent) body (puma) and spirit/soul (condor) as well as the balance between the complimentary energies of the feminine and masculine and the micro and macro expressions of the cosmos.
Jhaimy will share practical tools and exercises to support our individual healing as well as the healing of others and provide a holistic perspective and map that can be integrating into our lives for an overall sense of health, happiness and well-being connected to �who we truly are�. Retreat-style workshop with gifted Peruvian Teacher and Healer, Jhaimay Alvarez-Acosta.
