During this intimate 1-day retreat we will discover and deepen our understanding of the ancient wisdom teachings of the Andes and the Cosmo-Vision that weaves together the intricate balance of the mind (serpent) body (puma) and spirit/soul (condor) as well as the balance between the complimentary energies of the feminine and masculine and the micro and macro expressions of the cosmos.=0D=0A=

Jhaimy will share practical tools and exercises to support our individual healing as well as the healing of others and provide a holistic perspective and map that can be integrating into our lives for an overall sense of health, happiness and well-being connected to “who we truly are”.  Retreat-style workshop with gifted Peruvian Teacher and Healer, Jhaimay Alvarez-Acosta.
