The Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival offers 5000 musicians and dramatists in fifteen sections of the Arts (voice, musical instruments, drama, speech, dance) adjudications of their performances by experts.
These sessions are followed by ten highlights concerts in most sections and one juried concert in which a few very accomplished musicians perform in front of a jury for a $5000 scholarship.
Festival 2013 runs from April 2nd through May 11th on a dozen stages throughout the city.
