Our "Classics" series is back! This time we return to one of the greatest and most beloved plays in American theatre -- the ineffably beautiful story of faded southern belle Amanda Wingfield, her demure, hobbled daughter Laura, and their "Gentleman Caller."
Narrated by the autobiographical figure of Tom, The Glass Menagerie established Tennessee Williams as the leading playwright of his generation, and an enduring voice for the beautiful dreamers (and losers) of the world.
Our production will feature the wonderful Nanaimo actress Lorna McLellan as Amanda.
