Pole Kindergarten is our introductory pole dancing class, and is filled with other "real women" just like you who want to try something new, have lots of laughs, and get in shape the fun way.
This class is suitable for all women and is the perfect place to start your pole dancing adventure. Learn the basics using a fun combination of moves, including a couple of simple spins to get you started with the exciting world of pole dancing for fitness.
No experience needed. Please wear comfortable fitness clothing and bring water. We will be in bare feet for this class. Mat not required.
The price is for the full 6 week session which runs from January 12th to February 16th.
