Invision Your Birth is a 3 hour evening class that educates expectant mothers and their birthing companions on how to achieve relaxation and control during the birthing process. During and after the class you work with the programs workbook, answering questions that will then help to create your Personalized Birthing Script. Jeannie then takes your information and creates your script, once you’re happy with it; she then professionally records your CD and mails or delivers it to you. In each CD’s jewel case you will also get a copy of your personal birthing affirmations.

Using Hypnotherapy techniques that have been designed specifically for birthing, it's perfect for couples looking to have a natural and safe birthing experience. In addition to her professional training as a hypnotherapist Jeannie was also trained as a practitioner of another popular hypnotherapy birthing program. "Although the external program I taught was extremely beneficial, I felt that my clients wanted to have more flexibility in how and when the sessions were run, so I decided to create my own course material and a new program," says Jeannie

Using her own personal birthing experiences, and those of many she has taught over the years, the Invision Your Birth program was born.

The Invision Your Birth Class, and Personalized CD program has been created to contain new methodologies outside the Mongan Method's original teachings and is truly a unique and new program for those wanting to have an amazing, easy birthing experience.

Working with your personalized birthing CD you will rehearsing the birth you want and tapping into your natural birthing instincts. Your CD will leave you feeling relaxed about the birthing process.
