The Interfaith Community of Nanaimo is pleased to announce this important event for the community.
Daily reports of new acts of warfare, terrorism and violence, as well as long standing animosities cry out for peaceful solutions around the world and even from within our own communities. Can religion contribute to peace? What do religions really teach about peacemaking? Local leaders of various faiths
will be contributing ideas to finding peacemaking solutions at this event. Everyone is invited to take part and ask questions in the floor discussions.
