Baroque music, Mexico and the singular vision of Latin America's first female poet, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, are intimately woven in this fascinating programme. Differencias by Ruiz de Ribayaz and Santiago de Murcia are featured together with the fiery words of one of the Hispanic world's greatest writers.
