Bring your friends and family and come celebrate the lighting of the provincial Christmas tree on the front lawns of the Parliament Buildings on Thursday, December 1st from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This national celebration includes festive children’s choirs, a carol band, hot cocoa and cookies!
Why not come inside your Parliament Buildings during the holiday season and see our greatly decorated 20'+ interior tree? Or, take a free tour and learn about B.C.’s history. Remember you can also shop for unique gifts at the Legislative Gift Shop or stop in for tea/lunch at the Legislative Dining Room – open until December 23rd, 2011.
