The Greater Victoria Public Library will be celebrating Chinese culture from February 1-March 15, 2013.
Drop by the Central Branch to see a display of historical photographs that celebrate the lives of Chinese Canadians in BC, join us for a variety of Chinese New Year programs for families throughout the system, take in a film about Harling Point, find out the secrets of Chinese poetry, attend a Mandarin storytime or follow our riddles on twitter.
